Chaswood Resources Group has opened its fourth internationally franchised restaurant, Bulgogi Brothers at Mid Valley Megamall.
With the seating capacity of 100 pax and located on Level 3 of Mid Valley Megamall, Bulgogi Brothers is the most recent of a host of Bulgogi Brothers outlets that have opened in the Klang Valley area since August this year. The Bulgogi Brothers flagship store is in Paradigm Mall whilst there are two other outlets that have also recently been opened in Pavilion KL and e@Curve.
Founded by South Koreans, Intae Jung and Chaiwoo Yu, Bulgogi Brothers is a authentic Korean resturant that has gained a cult-like status with 46 outliets in South Korea, one outliet in Canada and four in the Philipiines.
What are the specialties at Bulgogi Brothers?
The restaurant is famed for its house specialty, the Unyang and Gwang-yang-style bulgogi which is essentially assorted bulgogi seasoned and barbequed to perfection; and Seoul- style bulgogi which is sliced beef with vegetables drenched in bulgogi broth made from apples and pears. Aside from that, other must try items include Kimchi Jjigae, spicy stew made with ripened kimchi, beef and tofu; Haemul Doenjang Jjigae, slow-cooked soybean stew with shrimp, soft shell crab and vegetables; and Janchi Guksu or “party noodles”, served in seafood broth and garnished with vegetables.
