BMW Group Malaysia has reintroduced a fresh batch of 30 limited edition MINI One for its Malaysian costumers following the car’s stunning popularity with its debut in 2011.
The MINI, known worldwide for its fun character and driving characteristics, the MINI One is designed to provide Malaysian customers with an excellent taste of the Mini spirit.
Dr. Gerhard Pils, Chief Executive Officer of BMW Group Malaysia said that with the MINI brand’s ongoing popularity in Malaysia, he was confident that the latest batch of MINI Ones will be just as popular as the first, where all 31 units were snapped up by Malaysian customers within one month from its launch.
The MINI One possesses the same charm and contemporary design character as the rest of the iconic MINI family. It is powered by a 1.6 litre 4 valve in-line engine delivering an output of 72kW/98 hp and 150Nm of torque to retain that uniquely MINI go-kart handling experience.
The MINI One will also benefit energy-conscious malaysians with its remarkable fuel efficiency, with the car having a combined urban and highway driving average fuel consumption rate of 6.7 litres per 100km with CO2 emissions of 156 grams per km.
This vibrant automobile is available in the highly popular and ever fashionable Chili Red or Pepper White. MINI customers will also have the option of having side mirror decals which are unique to the MINI One for even greater character and exclusivity. All new 15″ light allow wheels with 5-Star Twin Spoke rims are also fitted on the MINI One as a standard option.
The retail price (on the road and without insurance) for the MINI One is RM 143, 888. The MINI Tender Loving Care (TLC) package, which provides free wear and tear repairs, maintenance and services for 3 years or up to 50,000km based on whichever is reached first, is also purchasable as an optional upgrade to the MINI One.
