We love the combinations of colours and materials used in this collection – the gold shades and the grey combinations. Along with that, the satin textures from the materials brings on that extra shine and glam from the designs. It’s rare to see that in a collection – it instantly attracts the eye.

From Emporio Armani’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection – we can see that the pant-suit and blazer trend is still going on. Pairing up blazers with shorts or skirts – it’s some how makes the combination look as one piece. We also noticed that the colour palette chosen for this collection ranges in a very metallic manner. We think that is unique and interesting. It’s a rare colour combination for a Spring/Summer collection – after all, everyone else is going for pastels and floral prints. It’s always nice to see designs that are out of the box.
