The Olympics Games 2012 have officially begun!
We all know that the best part of the Olympic Games is the Opening Ceremony. Every coutry has something different to offer – a new idea, a big artistic feel for it all.
This year, the Olympics Games was held in London and director Danny Boyle set up the entire creation of the opening ceremony.
Here are some of our favorite moments from the London Olympics 2012;
Rowan Atkinson brought Mr. Bean back for a classic performance. It’s always nice to have a little comedy inbetween it all. If you didn’t catch what he did, what the video of his special performance HERE!
David Beckham came to the ceremony on a boat! He piloted the boat that held the signature Olympics torch. Pretty nifty?
The guest performance of the night was none other than, Dizzee Rascall. Singing his most popular tune ‘Bonkers’ – the entire performance included a full on dance routine and a couple of remixed versions to classic english singers like Amy Winehouse. Watch it HERE!
But we have to say, out favorite performance of the entire night was the James Bond and the Queen of England. Daniel Craig who plays James Bond, escorts the Queen of England to the games. Part of the entire scenario included the Queen jumping from the helicopter and into the stadium where the entire ceremony was held. A pretty quirky and interesting idea if you ask us! Watch it HERE!
So, what was your favorite part from the opening ceremony?
