Coffee scrubs are extremely easy to make at home and here is the recipe of the scrub which we decided to try from The Craft Bits.com.
2 cups of ground coffee
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2-3 tbs of massage oil or baby oil

Mix all the ingredients in together and you are done. You can choose to use it twice a week or if you do not have the time, then just use it during the weekends. While applying this scrub, mix it with a little bit of water and gently massage it onto your body. Leave it on for about 5 minutes then you can wash it off.
