My colleague has a very strong body odour and I am not quite sure how should I tell her about it. To begin with, I am not even sure if I should tell her about it. She isn’t aware of it at all and everyone has started to talk about it around the office. Should I tell her the truth or should I just be quiet about it so that she would not get offended?

We are not too sure how close you are to your colleague but here is a fact which you may not be aware of. People who have strong body odours do not realize it until someone else points it out to them. One of the reasons they suffer from it is because of the type of diet they have. Let her know about it and see how grateful she would be about it. At the end of the day, there is no point discussing this issue with anyone else besides her.
