Gosh my feet stinks! A common problem ladies go through because of various reasons. But how many of us are actually aware about why our feet stinks so badly compared to others?
First and foremost answer these questions honestly
1) How many pairs of shoes do you own?
2) How many times in a week do you use the same shoes over and over again?
3) Do you take a good bath after coming home from work?
4)How much of water do you drink in 1 day?
The answers to the question above should be (1. Yes, 2. Twice a week, 3. Yes, 4. 8 glasses on average) If your answer are different, then that is exactly why you suffer from stinky feet.
So how does wearing proper shoes relate to stinky feet at all? Ok here is how it works. We all sweat through our feet right? And our dear friend the bacteria enjoys multiplying when he gets a warm, damply and dark atmosphere. So when you end up wearing your shoes over and over again, what happens is before the bacteria in your shoes from yesterday dies, more ends multiplying when you wear it again and that is why even if you have just washed your feet thoroughly, you end getting the smell after you slip back on that same pair of shoes after 10 minutes.
An important fact which you should take note of is that one pair of shoes can only be used for two days. Let it rest for another two days before you use it again. That is why it is vital for you to own at least two pairs of shoes!
So how can you stop your feet from smelling?

Besides that …
Avoid wearing closed shoes as this does not help with air circulation inside. Try wearing open shoes which will give your feet some room to breathe . Also if you are into sports, ensure that your shoes are dried every morning under the sun so that you would not have to go through this problem. If you feel better using socks everyday, then go ahead as socks absorbs the sweat from your feet. A gentle reminder, please do change your socks everyday if not that is not going to smell good at all.
