The KL International Beauty Week (KLIBW) 2024, empowered by guardian Malaysia, concluded its sensational three-day showcase, held from 22nd to 24th November at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre (MVEC).

Welcoming over 25,000 beauty enthusiasts, influencers, and industry professionals, KLIBW solidified its position as Malaysia’s biggest beauty event.

At the heart of the event was The Highlighter Best of Beauty Awards, empowered by guardian Malaysia. Over two remarkable days, the awards celebrated this year’s most outstanding beauty products across skincare, haircare, and cosmetics. The winners represented the gold standard of excellence in beauty, reflecting the industry’s ongoing evolution and its dedication to quality and innovation.

The event also hosted an exhilarating makeup competition that showcased exceptional artistry and talent from rising makeup artists. Audiences were captivated by the competitors’ bold, trendsetting looks and technical mastery, with winners receiving well-deserved recognition. The competition proved to be a pivotal platform for spotlighting Malaysia’s burgeoning talents and their potential impact on the global beauty stage.

Interactive activations on the Beauty Stage and in the Beauty Lounge added a hands-on dimension to the event. Guests indulged in live demonstrations, exclusive masterclasses, and the opportunity to connect with their favourite beauty brands. A special highlight was the captivating live performance by Korean artist Han Byul, whose soulful vocals brought a touch of international star power to the celebration.

Shoppers enjoyed exclusive deals throughout the three-day event, but the final day treated attendees to even more special discounts and unbeatable offers, cementing KLIBW as both a beauty enthusiast’ paradise and a shopper’s haven.

This extraordinary celebration of beauty would not have been possible without the incredible support of its sponsors and partners, including main sponsor Musee Platinum Tokyo, partners KOL Nation and Tourism Malaysia, media partner The Highlighter, alongside its title sponsor guardian Malaysia. Together, they created a dynamic showcase that bridged local talent with global beauty trends.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates and event details on KL International Beauty Week’s official social and digital platforms.
