Titanic 3D was released days ago and most of us would have had about the same questions running in our head. “How did such a big ship break and sink in less than 3 hours?”

Well if you are looking for that missing jig saw puzzle to complete the story of Titanic, then we have just the right documentary in mind for you.

This Sunday will mark the 100th anniversary of Titanic and at 8pm, sit back and watch the mysteries behind that ship unfold. Titanic:Mystery Solved, a two hour documentary will showcase the actual story which took place on that ship and who or what was the real cause which made that devastating tragedy take place.

In 2010, HISTORY together with other underwater experts did a study of the wreck and unique new discoveries inclusive of the map of the entire watery grave was disclosed. Parts of the the ship which was never found for half a century was finally found through this expedition. Using the techniques of space shuttles and aircraft investigations, this show will reveal the complete story and break up of the ship using a hangar.

“The story of the sinking of the Titanic has an enduring fascination for millions of people around the world, and hence it led to one of the most successful movies of all time. But the trouble is that that has defined the history of the event for many people. What we wanted to do was to revisit this tragedy from a scientific point of view and really discover the truth about what must have happened on the night of April 14/15, 1912.
So TITANIC: Mystery Solved is the most definitive account to date of how the Titanic sank, and will stand out from all the other programmes being made to commemorate the anniversary,” shared Louis Boswell, General Manager, AETN All Asia Networks.

While other anniversary programs tout best-guess theories and land-based speculation, TITANIC: MYSTERY SOLVED presents new findings based on real-world hard evidence gathered on-site to deconstruct the disaster and show exactly how the ship broke apart. From this analysis, we’ll find out who or what was at fault and who or what has been blamed unfairly.

So if you would like to know the ending to this century long mystery from the findings of the research done, watch this exclusive documentary from a scientific point of view and be impressed of how much can science reveal to you, TITANIC: MYSTERY SOLVED will premiere 15 April, 8pm on HISTORY™ (Astro Channel 555)
