Make Up Overload, Big NO NO!

We blame the magazines for this.

Catwalks too, to some extend. You walk around on a weekday during lunch and you see the peacocks dancing around. Electric blue eyeshadow , fuschia lipstick and gold all over. Do you own a mirror, you find yourself asking silently.

Looks good, we know. You buy the palettes. You apply it and you walk out the house. Ok ladies, let’s face it, we mere mortal (read;non-supermodel) can’t apply make up the way the poster girls do it. With all that lighting and also photoshop, it is good for magazines. However, on any other regular day, this is what you will probably look like.

it is just common sense never to overdo your make up. We see celebrities doing it and we cringe. Christina Aguilera and Catherine Zeta-Jones are guilty too, so learn from their mistake!

Fact is, when it comes to make up, most trends are best left on the runway. Neon eyeshadow, super strong brows. If it looks ridiculous to you, it probably is.

If you go back home and you need to remove your make up for longer than 2 minutes, you had better review your choices. The idea is to look naturally beautiful, not like a kid painted your face at a party. Keyword, natural.
