When it comes to creating makeup for teens to help them embody a fun, cheerful and active vibe, it’s safe to say that Emina knows a thing or two about doing so. By absolutely DISRUPTING the beauty industry and being the first to create both cosmetic and skincare products specifically designed and formulated for teens – it’s no wonder they’re every teens Beauty Bestie!
Ranging from the lips, eyes, and face makeup (beauty tools included), Emina focused on lightweight formulas which are all easy to use and apply. Not to mention how affordable it is without having to compromise exceptional quality. Emina is to keep the youths looking fresh whilst still feeling confident and in-touch with their playful side.
Staying true to their goal of creating only the best and most suitable for youths, they designed an AMAZING range of lip products, namely their; Glossy Lip Stain, Lip Creamatte, Magic Potion Lip Tint and Poppin’ Matte. And like the title says, we were fortunate enough to try out all 4 of their products for ourselves and it was love at first swipe!
1. Emina Glossy Lip Stain
The Stain comes in an easy-melt gel texture with a lightweight and long-lasting formula, perfect for active teens on-the-go! The range is enriched with Natural Beeswax, and Vitamin E rich ingredients such as Avocado Oil and Apricot Oil to keep your lips moisturised.
This Glossy Stain left the most lovely shine on our lips, giving them a plump and juicy look that is to die for!
2. Emina Lip Creamatte (Shade: 11, Amazeballs)
As for the Creamatte lip cream (our personal favourite), which consists of nourishing vitamin E, comes in 15 intense and long-lasting colours for teens to choose.
It is EXTREMELY transferproof and highly buildable, so you can adjust its intensity to your liking!
3. Emina Magic Potion Lip Tint (Shade: 01, Scarlet)
This tint is one that is extremely light and watery, leaving your lips semi-matte with the most seamless and natural finish, you’ll forget it’s even on! We personally loved using this for our everyday wear.
4. Emina Poppin’ Matte (Shade: 02, To Be Honest)
Last but definitely not least, this lightweight lip cream, with a transfer-proof matte finish just WOULD NOT BUDGE! Curated to last up to 12 hours (similar to its sister the Creamatte lip cream). CRAZY!
However, we didn’t just test out their lip products, we put Emina to THE ultimate test and tried A FULL FACE in attempt to create the perfect natural makeup look for all teens with only Emina products, here’s how it went:
Personally, we’d say Emina shocked us with how lightweight and easily applicable all their products were. It really helped us create an extremely natural look, perfect for your everyday wear that can be achieved in just minutes!
