The Mini Boombox took its inspiration from the original boombox which was essentially a portable cassette or CD player also known as a ghetto blaster, jambox or radio-cassette. It is a device capable of receiving radio stations and playing recorded music at a relatively high volume. The boombox was very popular among African American and Hispanic youth back in early 80s who would carry them on top of their shoulders while walking down the street, playing their music loud for everyone to hear.

CONNECTION
The Logitech Boombox can only connect one device at a time and will be erased when the next profile is connected to it. You can either connect your devices using a 3.5m jack or wirelessly via Bluetooth.
BATTERY LIFE
You never need to worry about replacing batteries as the Logitech Mini Boombox features an internal battery which charges over USB and stays powered for up to 10 hours depending on usage and environmental settings.

OUR THOUGHTS
Indeed, the Logitech Mini Boombox is a nifty little device, the size of our palm so it will definitely fit into most handbags. It’s easy to use and takes a mere two minutes or less to pair up your phone to the Mini Boombox. It’s great if you want to share your audio to a crowd of up to 5 people in a standard sized room but definitely not at a loud party. We foresee this being very handy at places where you’re trying to watch a video clip on YouTube at a cafe or trying to pick up a call while driving. Did we mention that it’s also very affordable?
