The Spicy Butter Fresh Water Prawns are a heavenly creamy goodness that will be the perfect beginning to your delectable meal. U5 Grade Freshwater Prawns are cooked with deep rich butter and Bird’s Eye Chili for that delicious savoury blend that packs a punch. Priced at RM80, it comes with Fried Man Tao buns for a hearty finish.
The Grilled Corn (RM23) will undoubtedly awaken your taste buds if you’re a lover of sweet corn. The corn is expertly grilled with Yuzu, which adds a sharp, citrusy note and tangy flavour along with chilli, butter, and anchovies’ fragrant aroma teasing you with a taste of the tropics.
The Lobster Bisque (RM60), a new addition to the appetiser menu, is made with fresh thick cream, Mirepoix, and a variety of diced vegetables that have been sautéed to a golden brown for the aromatic base. Plus, the lobsters were flown in from Canada!
The Black Cod with Mushroom Risotto (RM85), a chef recommendation on the main course menu, is a delectable dish made with only the finest premium Alaskan Black Cod. The simmering, creamy, and chewy smorgasbord of flavours will burst in your mouth for a taste of Italy, especially when it is served with Arborio rice and button mushrooms!
Moreover, Finch proudly offers an afternoon of the Land of the Rising Sun with their Hiru-Tea selection, which is made perfect for two pax, from 12 noon to 6pm daily, shifting your palate from Italy to Japan. The Hiru-Tea menu, which starts at RM138, includes Sashimi Salad, Chuka Wakame, Chuka Hotate, Yawara Kani Maki, Salmon Ball Nigiri, Chef’s Selection Sashimi, and Mini Tarts with Salmon, Maguro, and White Fish. Everything is served and presented on a multi-tiered platter that is inspired by a gilded gold bird cage.
The Hiru-Tea selection is complemented by Earl Grey, Chamomile, Green Tea or Moringa Tea for an afternoon of Zen and tranquility.
Finch’s popular Japanese menu features inventive fusion dishes like the Foie Gras Anago Maki (RM75) and the Tsurai Aburi Salmon Maki (RM45). Rounding up the latest offering in their new menu is the Ocean Mikkusu (RM75) and Tokyo Hamachi (RM85) in their Carpaccio selection, served with the specially-made Wafu dressing.
