“As you know, MUMO was on hiatus for a while due to the pandemic, and we’ve been working and planning behind the scenes to come back bigger, better, and stronger than ever,” Datin Elaine Daly, MUMO’s National Director, remarked. “We are thrilled to introduce to you our Miss Universe Malaysia 2022 finalists, all remarkable women who have demonstrated that they possess something special, that specific je ne sais quoi, to stand here as a Miss Universe Malaysia 2022 finalist.
“At MUMO, we consider it an honour to be able to coach, guide, and nurture our finalists to their full potential. It’s always a joy to witness them grow from little girls to strong, gorgeous queens. We’re seeking that one particular beauty that stands out from the crowd, who has both inner and exterior beauty, and who, most importantly, can proudly assume the duty of representing our nation as Miss Universe Malaysia 2022. Nothing would make us happier than for her to continue to shine brightly on the world scene and to make all Malaysians proud.
“Through this competition, the finalists will be able to form new friendships, obtain essential information and exposure, and begin on a personal journey that will bring out the best in them. Our running theme, ‘Beauty Beyond You,’ will also allow them to use the Miss Universe Malaysia platform to raise awareness for a social cause near to their hearts,” she continued.
The finalists will take part in Bootcamp Week, which includes beauty makeovers, catwalk training, exercise sessions, cosmetics workshops, photoshoots, and a variety of challenges. To get through this difficult week, they will need to be cognitively, physically, and emotionally strong.
The winner of Miss Universe Malaysia 2022 will be crowned with a beautiful Habib Jewels tiara worth RM2.38 million. Not only that, she will be representing Malaysia at this year’s Miss Universe pageant. She will also get sponsored gifts and be selected for a year as the face of the Habib Jewels campaign.
A Cut Above, bloop Cosmetics, Dermalogica, Elpis Models, FIRE FIT, ghd, Glojas Smart International Aesthetics, Habib Jewels, Makeup Miracle Academy & Workshop, Schwarzkopf Professional, Spritzer, The Fish Bowl, Tisserand Aromatherapy, and Wax Candy the Wax Bar are the official sponsors of the Next Miss Universe Malaysia 2022.
