1 Egg
80g Sugar
1g Salt
70g Melted unsalted butter
70g Milk
120g Cake flour
30g Almond powder
4g Baking powder
50g Avocado
Lemon zest
5g Lemon juice
How to make it
1. First, mix the eggs with sugar and salt. Then add melted unsalted butter and milk and mix.
2. To make the batter, simply sift the soft flour, almond powder, and baking powder and mix it all well. Once that’s one, add the sliced avocado, lemon zest, and lemon juice with a sieve and mix thoroughly.
