The son of retired superstar David Beckham and former Spice Girls member Victoria Beckham, Brooklyn Beckham, had recently announced his engagement to longtime girlfriend, Nicola Peltz.
Brooklyn, 21, startled everyone by breaking the news on his Instagram with a lovely picture of both of them.
“Two weeks ago I asked my soulmate to marry me and she said yes xx I am the luckiest man in the world. I promise to be the best husband and the best daddy one day. I love you baby xx,” Beckham captioned the photo.
Peltz, 25, was seen wearing a dress designed by her future mother-in-law, shared her happiness on her Instagram page reposting the picture saying: “You’ve made me the luckiest girl in the world. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life by your side. your love is the most precious gift. I love you so so much baby and thank you Harper for this pic.”
Beckham, who plans to get married young following his parent’s footsteps, proposed to the Hollywood superstar on the weekend before Posh and Becks’ 21st wedding anniversary. He popped the question with a ring he designed himself which cost a whopping £250,000!
Posh overwhelmingly shared the big news with her 28 million Instagram followers saying: “The MOST exciting news!! We could not be happier that @brooklynbeckham and @nicolaannepeltz are getting married!
“Wishing you so much love and a lifetime of happiness. We all love you both so much x”.
Both families are planning for two lavish weddings to take place next year, one in the UK and another in Florida. The no-expense-spared-weddings is likely to take place during end of summer or early autumn next year.
Beckham and Peltz couple met at Coachella US music festival three years ago but started dating end of last year. Beckham went public with his relationship in January.
