Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dig into an amazing seafood feast with the opening of a new exciting eatery, Shellfish, which is brought exclusively by the folks responsible for the hugely popular Malaysian seafood chain Shell Out.
Located in the heart of Kota Damansara, opposite of Sunway Nexis, Shellfish is poised to thrill diners with tasty seafood dishes inspired by the well-loved Szechuan roasted fish dish. Check out the video below to find out what we meant by “roasted fish”:
In keeping with the stringent quality control, all seafood items are hand picked to select the freshest ingredients and cooked to perfection before the dishes are served. One of the best things about this restaurant is, it promises to serve only halal food, which is good news for Muslim patrons as they’re now able to enjoy their delicious meals without any hesitation.
What’s more, Shellfish has also added the Cajun style butter sauce that sister restaurant Shell Out is known for. Guests will have the option to select from a wide variety of fish choices including red tilapia, threadfin, grouper, red snapper and parramundi, among others.
