You’ve really been missing out if you haven’t tried or heard of Kind Kones. Founded by women, this is Malaysia’s first full-fledged vegan ice cream parlour, and all of its delicious offerings are dairy-, chemical-, preservative-, and processed sugar-free.
And to kick off 2018 with a bang, the team behind Kind Kones is launching a symbolic campaign – Unstoppable Women – to celebrate some of Malaysia’s leading ladies and their achievements, as well as to give back to the community and empower other women to strive for their dreams.
Amongst this group of unstoppable women are Fugee School co-founder Deborah Henry, squash star Datuk Nicol David, entrepreneur Nadia Nasimuddin, entrepreneur Ung Yiu Lin, entrepreneur Tengku Chanela Jamidah, plant-based lifestyle advocate Davina Goh, and the founders of Purely B, Jesrina Arshad, Stephanie Looi and Marissa Parry.
Together, these talented women will use their voice throughout the 7-month campaign by working with Kind Kones to create limited edition flavours of ice cream that reflect who they are, and then use the proceeds from the sales of these limited edition ice creams to support a charity or cause of their personal choice.
Priced at RM11.80 per scoop, Kind Kones will highlight one of these limited edition flavours each month and will match all of the proceeds from the campaign. Throughout the campaign, Kind Kones will also be highlighting each of these women’s inspiring stories and how they are paving the way for a greater Malaysia.
Founded by an all-female team including Serina S. Bajaj, Jaclyn Lee, Jasmin Osman and Natalie Prabha, Kind Kones now has three locations within the Klang Valley: No. 61, Plaza Damansara; LG-7, 1 Mont Kiara; and F.29, Level 1, Bangsar Village.
