North and Saint now have a new sister as couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have just welcomed their third child, a daughter, via surrogate! Kim announced via an official statement on her app that her surrogate gave birth to a healthy baby girl weighing 7lbs 6oz.
For their third child, the couple used a surrogate as Kim suffers from placenta accreta, a condition that may implicate serious complications during childbirth, which she experienced when delivering Saint. She also struggled to conceive again even after trying several medical procedures to get pregnant.
