If you’ve ever been obsessed with Barbie dolls as a child, chances are you’ve once gone to town on poor Barbie’s hair with a pair of scissors, only to leave the dolls with horrendous hairstyles. It’s too late to turn back time now, but perhaps our Barbie dolls would have had better makeovers provided that we had access to the Instagram account @welovetheroyaldolls.
What the owner of the account, Brazilian artist Rafinha Silva, does is that he transforms the dolls from basic to Instagram baddies by dyeing, snipping, adding extensions and even curling their hair. He also turns some of his dolls into characters like The Little Mermaid or celebrities such as Cher. Just take a look at his work!
