There will come a change, once every generation, that truly marks the advent of things to come.
Good news for us Malaysians, we’re about to face a change like no other with the completion of M101 Skywheel, which is set to herald a new era of world-class entertainment and lifestyle in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
In addition to our very own Wall Street building a.k.a Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), KLCC and KL Tower, Malaysia plans to welcome another sky-scraper in 2020 (which will be converged with the MRT station in 2022) and we can barely contain ourselves!
I mean, look at that ferris wheel. Iconic, isn’t it? The building’s designer, Studio F.A. Porsche who gained inspiration from a luxurious watch and incorporated those accents into its architecture, expressed that, “Design is not simply art, it is elegance of function.”
Word.
With 316 metres high and equipped with 78 floors, M101 Skywheel will be the latest landmark to put Malaysia on the map, and it will feature the world’s tallest 60-metre span ferris wheel between two high-level buildings, which is visible from hundreds of miles away.
M101 Skywheel also contains a mall that will occupy the 48th to 52nd floor, marking it the first of its kind in the world.
The structure aims to be a distinctive attraction, offering an experience that combines unobstructed views with the romance of a ferris wheel ride which is located in the middle.
Meanwhile, the 52nd floor is divided into 3 parts where you can find Planet Hollywood Hotel on the left side, and 96 Senior Suites on the right. This would be super convenient for future shoppers, tourists as well as residents of M101 Skywheel.
Although Malaysia already has so many skyscrapers coming up, we honestly cannot wait for M101 Skywheel to be completed! P/S: If you’re interested to buy us a unit in this building, please do not hesitate to DM us! LOL jk. (Not really)
