If your birthday falls in December, take note! Malaysian citizens who are born in the month of December are eligible for free entry to the National Zoo of Malaysia throughout the month, under one condition though – the offer is only applicable on the date of your actual birthday.
To redeem your birthday special, all you have to do is flash your IC at the entrance counter and you’ll get to spend the day in our national animal kingdom. On top of that, the free entry even includes passes to visit the gigantic but ridiculously adorable pandas at the Giant Panda Conservation Center (GPCC).
The promotion is done to encourage visitors to come to the newly renovated zoo. While regular admission for children aged 12 and below is priced at RM16, senior citizens are quoted with a special price of RM21 and RM44 for adults. For those of you who are looking to visit, Zoo Negara operates from 9am to 5pm daily.
