The most wonderful time of the year is right around the corner. With the festive season comes a ton of great food – and Nobu Kuala Lumpur is here to make sure that you celebrate the holidays with the Special Omakase menu.
From 22nd to 25th December, Nobu Kuala Lumpur will be offering a uniquely-crafted 7-course Christmas Omakase dinner.
Priced at RM560++, the Christmas Omakase dinner features a tempting spread including a succulent Scallop Quinoa Salad, melt-in-your-mouth worthy Smoked Wagyu with Yuba and Nori Sauce, and the festive Sweet Santa dessert – a mix of Genmai Cha Bavarian with Chestnut Cream, Chocolate Raspberry and Coconut.
The festive celebrations doesn’t just stop at the Christmas Omakase dinner – Nobu further enhances the holidays with its New Year Omakase dinner. Also featuring a 7-course menu, the New Year Omakase is available from 29th December to 1st January 2018 at RM595++ or RM680++ with a glass of Champagne to toast to the New Year while watching the spectacular fireworks from the best view of the city’s skyline.
The New Year Omakase features seasonal ingredients that are used exclusively in Japan for New Year celebrations such as the Kuramame (black soy beans), Kazunoko (herring roe), and Tazukuri (baby sardines).
Nobu’s signature dish gets a twist on the New Year Omakase menu – find the likes of Dry Miso Spinach Salad with Salmon Belly, along with a freshly made Lobster with Shitake and Quinoa Butter, and ‘Countdown’; a dessert made up of a Crème Brulee and Vanilla Sponge, with Green Tea Mousse and Azuki Bean Paste .
