The welcoming interior of Super Saigon takes inspiration from the colours of Asia and Mykonos, Greece, resulting in beautiful porcelain inspirations, generous white walls and bright blue with a touch of gold interior. The contemporary ambience and an authentic Vietnamese menu reflects the establishment’s desire to provide a more exciting dining experience.
The focus of the menu is the flavours of Vietnam. One can expect classic hearty meals such as the traditional ‘Pho’ also known as rice noodles in a rich broth, famous crunchy spring rolls, popular Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches and many more. The dishes come in generous sharing portions and diners are encouraged to share and taste several dishes.
All of the Banh Mi’s are made fresh upon ordering and are available with chicken cold-cuts, lemongrass chicken, pulled ox-tail and vegetarian options.
