UNIQLO announces the launch of the 2017 Fall/Winter Ines de la Fressange Collection, the latest special collaboration with the ultimate icon of Parisian chic, Ines de la Fressange.
The Ines de la Fressange Collection brings together Ines’ belief in designing garments of comfort while accentuating beauty, and UNIQLO’s LifeWear philosophy of clothing innovation and high-quality outfits that is universal in design and comfort, expertly integrated by Design Director, Naoki Takizawa in this new collection.
For the first time ever, a men’s line is included in the Fall/Winter ’17 collection, the eight season of the collaboration between Ines de la Fressange and UNIQLO. The inspiration for this season’s collection is the Danish concept of “hygge”, which means warmth or a feeling of well-being.
Based on hygge, the collection aims to help create heart-warming, happy moments with the most important people in our lives in black & white as well as fresh accent colours including vivid orange, lemon yellow and Ines’ signature navy tones.
The men’s collection includes a stand collar coat– a regular item in the women’s line – along with tweed and corduroy jackets, and cashmere knits.
The collection will be made available in Malaysia on September 1 (Friday) at Fahrenheit88 and through the online store. Catch the entire Ines de la Fressange x UNIQLO Fall/Winter ’17 collection as it is presented on a special website from early August here.
