Anything multi-hyphenate Emma Watson says, we’re all ears and for obvious reasons. The Beauty and the Beast star doesn’t only champion feminism and gender equality, she’s also a crusader for sustainability in fashion as demonstrated by her The Press Tour Instagram, and a leading light for green beauty.
As far as her passion for holistic beauty is concerned, Watson looks to her mentor English beauty guru Imelda Burke, the founder of Content Beauty & Wellbeing which is a London-based clean beauty boutique. So it wasn’t surprising why we were acutely attentive when Burke recently shared her beauty favourites with Racked.
Amongst all the things she pointed out, such as ice facials and organic lipsticks, one thing we found highly intriguing is that she is a fan of boob oils. Mmhmm, you read that right. But, you might be wondering, why the hell would anyone need oil for the boobs?
She mentions of one she uses, the Boobs’ Essential Oil, and that it is, “A cross between body oil and a health tracker, the Boobs’ Essential Oil encourages you to massage your breasts daily, which makes you familiar with them so that you can mentally track any changes.”
In all honesty, this just seems like an additional step to our already tedious beauty routine ’cause we’re lazy like that, let alone for body lotions and such. Though, it is a quick and effective way of prompting females to check their breasts as a breast cancer prevention measure.
We’re pretty certain any other oils would work the same, but in case you want to try that particular one, the Boobs’ Essential Oil costs £29 on Content Beauty & Wellbeing.
