Uniqlo is clearly no stranger to fusing its understated Japanese aesthetics with a French pizzazz, as manifested by its previous collaborations with Ines de la Fressange and Christophe Lemaire, as well as the Uniqlo U range with its artistic tone now permanently helmed by Lemaire himself.
Further exuding the adored allure of the French, Uniqlo has just got on board French lingerie label Princesse tam.tam for the fast fashion brand’s first-ever women’s swimwear collection that comprises 16 styles in total, besides complementary beach-ready accessories like hats, sandals, towels, sunglasses and pareo coverups.
The apt French Resort theme permeates the lineup with a playful botanical print, solid colour blocking and cheeky nautical stripes across an array of flattering silhouettes including one-pieces, high-neck tops, bandeau tops and triangle bikinis in contemporary hues, with prices ranging from RM39.90 to RM129.90.
Grab ’em before they are all gone via Uniqlo’s official online store, or Uniqlo stores at Fahrenheit 88 and One Utama.
