From using condoms as Beautyblenders to crystallising the lips to look like gems, nothing is ever too bizarre nowadays in the realm of beauty.. or so we believe.
Though this is less of a hack and more of a ludicrous attempt at going viral, some makeup artists on Instagram are using the back of their iPhones as palettes to blend foundation.
It sure as hell looks crazy and would clearly garner the attention, but we’re not sold on using the back of our filthy phones to whip up a custom blend for our skin. And other people are already picking up on it..
15-year-old up-and-coming makeup guru Jake Warden pumps out foundation onto the back of his iPhone with no case on and added a few drops of liquid highlighter before swirling the product around to be applied onto the face.
Even after wiping down the mobile phone with an antibacterial wipe, we’d still have doubts. Lots of them. Just think of the buildup of dirt, grime, bacteria and just the general grossness that’s been on the surface! NOPE NOPE NOPE.
