Although it’s well known that gorgeous actress, Juliana Evans loves to keep it on the down low when it comes to her personal life, we certainly cannot keep our lips sealed much longer about the news on her marriage that broke recently.
The 27-year old actress of European/Malaysian blood, has tied the knot with Tengku Sharifuddin Shah Tengku Sulaiman, 29, who is a member of both the Selangor and Johor royal households, at an undisclosed venue in Shah Alam on Sunday.
We’ve learned that the groom only had to recite the marriage pledge once, and it was solemnised by the imam of Masjid Istana Alam Shah Klang, Imam Paduka Tuan Mohd Rasid Mahful. The ceremony was attended by close family members from both sides.
As for the happy bride, whose real name is Juliana Sophie Johari Evans, expressed her joy at how her big day had been a smooth one. “I’m now officially a wife, and I’m ready to carry the responsibilities that come with marriage. I hope my fans will pray for our happiness,” she remarked.
The couple, who had opted to skip an engagement ceremony and went straight for the solemnisation, is expected to hold their wedding reception after Hari Raya.
