In fashion related news, UNIQLO unveiled the latest release of its exclusive collaboration of printed and solid coloured pieces with UK-born fashion designer Hana Tajima yesterday in an exclusive media preview.
The widely anticipated Fall/Winter 2017 collection impressed audiences with a line-up of warm-hued clothing and structured items, suitable for the modest, modern woman. Inspired by sculptural drapes and folds, the modern styles injects joy and elegance to your daily staples.
This release introduces new and original textured materials such as tweed and new designs such as the belted long coat. The carefully selected color palette also allows for trending one-tone styling, among a wide variety of options that can be enjoyed throughout the season.
The versatility of the collection was exhibited through a styling session with four prominent celebrities, Narisa Soraya, Sarah Hildebrand, Alicia Amin as well as Eleena Sui. The personalities were styled in pieces from the new collection, all suited to very different style needs.
Narisa Soraya, dressed in a flowy pair of pants and a hijab which accentuated her outfit, mentioned that the color of her outfit was sweet and that the pants were the right length for modest dressing. Sarah Hildebrand’s look was completed with a tweed jacket, a new addition to the collection this season.
Eleena Sui was dressed in flowy pieces, with a pop of red that highlighted her overall look. Alicia Amin was styled in a long black coat, complimenting her edgy style persona.
