Ever since the new season’s began, graffiti hair has been taking center stage on heads of famous stars and models on the runway.
And since, we’ve seen a slew of trippy, magical and colourful reprisals of the trend. So far, the most impressive of the lot are the creations of hair graffiti artist Daniel Moon of Ramirez Tran salon.

In case you were wondering where Kanye got his swirly pink and yellow gold hair do from, it was Major Moon all along.

Moon dreams up murals and represents them with different cuts and textures. One of the designs Moon is most proud of (with good reason) is probably the treatment he gave model Adwoa Aboah where he color blocks her buzz cut with neon yellow, pastel pink, bright purple, white and more and then punctuates it with a thick black symbol. On other heads, he adds ripples of neon orange and burgundy on cool-girl waves, stippled colours like a collage on cropped cuts and even brushed a swirl of gold shimmer orbiting the ear.

He’s done this on armpits too.

If Moon loves two things, it’s high-octane color and glitter. This dye job’s permanent, if you were wondering. But if you’re not up for such a commitment, you can always try the glitter ones that Moon’s worked on before.

We don’t know about you but we think we might get our heads graffiti-ed very very soon.
