Former Hermès creative director Christophe Lemaire forged a partnership with UNIQLO back in 2015, and now that he is leading the visionary UNIQLO Paris R&D Center together with his team of international designers, you can bet that he’s infusing his signature minimalist and pared-down aesthetics into his Uniqlo U collections.
First launched last Fall, the second collection boasts a progressive take on wardrobe staples that highlight the LifeWear design ethos of fusing functionality and style to create timeless yet reinvented classics. Punctuated with advanced fabrics, game-changing techniques and distinct silhouettes, these basics showcase an elevated edge.
The Spring/Summer Uniqlo U collection features 61 items for women and 43 items for men, comprising T-shirts, dresses, sweaters, overcoats, lightweight packable outerwear like jackets and more. These tonal sets come in hues of rich red, rust, olive, pale pink, yellow and nude for women, and more somber shades like gray, brown, blue and olive for men.
The UNIQLO Spring/Summer Uniqlo U collection is now available for purchase at selected UNIQLO stores including KLCC, Fahrenheit 88, One Utama and Mid Valley Megamall as well as online via uniqlo.com.
