In partnership with “Gigantic Parfums”, Katy Perry has extended her fragrance brand with the launch of her second fragrance. Last year, she launched “Purr” which sold crazily well and left her fans asking for more. So while Katy was on her “California Dreams” world tour, an inspiration hit her and hit her hard and voila! “Meow!” was created.
“It’s my second baby in the fragrance world and I can’t wait for people to be able to experience my intriguing, amusing, candy-land like fantasy whenever they spritz it! We had a lot of fun on tour when I created it so rest assured, there’s a lot of fun infused in this bottle”, Katy Perry said during the launch.
The yummy perfume is a pairing of honeysuckle and pear with the backdrop of creamy vanilla, musk, and amber. And we all know by now that Katy Perry has always been proud of her affinity for all things feline, right? Well, it’s certainly evident in the bottle design for “Meow!”. The “cat bottle” has jeweled eyes, metallic accents, and is in all sweet, light pink.
The quirky platinum-selling recording artiste also mentioned that the scent is a wearable interpretation of the fun, sensual spirit of her “”California Dreams” tour – one which embodies her inexhaustible energy. Oh, we want!
