Everyone’s busy making plans for Christmas dinners and Christmas parties. And everyone wants their Christmas to be different from the others. But nobody wants to be stranded in the city. What if we told you that you could travel around the world this Christmas, eat, drink, and be merry in one place?
To usher in Christmas and the New Year, The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur has fashioned their very own “Passport 2012” to take you around the world to enjoy one luxurious gastronomic indulgence to another while you kick back and just..relax.
The journey (minus traffic jams and long queues for super expensive year end flights) begins with a stay in their newly refurbished, extremely cozy “Executive Deluxe Room” with a bottle of champagne and a basket of fruits.
And while you unpack and settle in, trust us, the wonderful and highly hospitable The Saujana Hotel employees are already getting busy to pamper you some more!
Once you’ve gotten everything sorted, you will then be whisked away to a cosy and intimate wine pairing dinner at the award-winning restaurant “Senja”.
If you’re looking for romance, then this is the place. Not only you will be able to feast on the tantalizing creations from Chef Giovanni Ricci, you’d also be able to completely and fully take in the wonderful ambiance from the surrounding lake.
And of course, then, the partying starts. At the resident The Saujana Hotel watering hole.
A glass of champagne (yes, more champagne!) will await you at “RP Entertainment Centre” while a live band gets all geared up to entertain you with electrifying tunes. By the way, we hear that “RP Entertainment Centre” stands for “Rumah Peranakan Entertainment Centre” because it looks like the authentic Nyonya rumah peranakan!
In the morning (and perhaps after a cheery wakeup call from the reception), you will then be led to “Suria Café” for a scrumptious buffet breakfast.
The all-day dining area overlooks The Saujana Hotel’s beautiful garden area and swimming pool so, yes, a feast for your famished tummy as well as your eyes.
Finally, you’ll be taking a walk right into Japan when lunch is served at “Kogetsu”.
What do you say to an exquisite Japanese bento lunch at the award-winning restaurant with an ambience that recreates the experience of dining at a Japanese countryside? You say yes, of course!
And maybe beg to come back again as soon as you can.
Then, your tour comes to an end. But not before being presented with a mystery gift of remembrance. And you leave The Saujana Hotel with nothing but wonderful memories of your Christmas 2011. Oh, and also an extremely full tummy to boot.
The Saujana Hotel’s “Passport 2012” is priced at RM2,012 per couple and is valid from 24th of December until 1st of January 2012.
