It has definitely been an eventful year for the Hadid sisters as they have been doing a great job at ruling the fashion world by storm. All that hard work has certainly paid off as one Hadid sister, Bella, has just been named as 2016’s industry choice Model of the Year by Models.com. Her BFF Kendall Jenner on the other hand was crowned as the readers choice Model of the Year.
The industry choice Model of the Year is decided by votes from 250 top designers, photographers, hair and makeup artists, as well as casting directors, whereas the readers choice Model of the Year is chosen based on votes by the readers.
Although Bella didn’t even make it to the list last year, she has been the one to look out for all throughout 2016. From being the new face of Dior beauty and being casted in a Calvin Klein ad campaign to her first ever Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, her talent and influence is clearly indisputable.
