Woohoo! Commuters can be prepared to enjoy a month of free rides on the MRT and all its feeder buses from tomorrow (Dec 16 2016) until January 16 2017.
This was announced by the Malaysian PM Datuk Seri Najib Razak in conjunction of the opening of the MRT Sungai Buloh – Kajang line, which commences Dec 16. He added that it was a new year gift to the public.
Just a reminder, the Sungai Buloh – Kajang line will have 12 stops, consisting of Sungai Buloh, Kampung Selamat, Kwasa Damansara, Kwasa Sentral, Kota Damansara, Surian, Mutiara Damansara, Bandar Utama, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Phileo Damansara, Pusat Bandar Damansara and Semantan.
When phase 2 is completed, the MRT line will stretch further to another 19 stations.
