Over the weekend, Pretty Little Liars fans were sent into a frenzy as the star who plays Spencer Hastings, Troian Bellisario, married her long-time boyfriend and Suits star Patrick J. Adams in a gorgeous, bohemian wedding.
The long-time couple met in 2009 when they starred together in a production, Bill Cain’s Equivocation, and got engaged in 2014. The pair were often doing long distance, due to their busy schedules, with him shooting Suits in Toronto, and her filming Pretty Little Liars in Los Angeles.
They tied the knot in a dreamy ceremony in Southern California and celebrated their nuptials with 200 guests who spent the weekend in camping tents at the wedding venue. The photos are simply to die for!
You can count on this unconventional couple to do things differently, and even their wedding hashtag had something to do with how their relationship blossomed in the first place.
Patrick explains in a touching Instagram post about #fortday2016, “8 years ago we built a pillow fort in my old apartment and started a conversation that has grown into a whole life. It was just a quiet shared idea that became a yearly tradition. This year we invited some more people. A lot more. And we made a wedding out of it. Three perfect days with friends and family. Kids screaming and laughing in the pool shouting ‘Fort Day’ at the top of their lungs. Our incredible tribe lifting us up the same way they have for so many years. It’s impossible to put into words how it all felt. Filled with so much gratitude that I’m lucky enough to have married my best friend. Adams, 35, and Bellisario, 31, exchanged vows in front of two oak trees in an intimate area. The bride wore a white Cortana gown and an Amaroq headpiece, whereas the groom donned a navy blue three-piece Ralph Lauren suit.

Guests of course included Pretty Little Liars showrunner I. Marlene King, and the rest of the PLL girls Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Sasha Pieterse, Keegan Allen and Ian Harding. Chris Pine was also present. Adams’ on-screen love interest Meghan Markle, Prince Harry’s girlfriend, was somehow absent.
