If you’re a Hello Kitty fan and love all things Baby-G, you might wanna perk up for this one.
Casio Computer Co., Ltd. has just announced the release of the latest addition to the Baby-G line of shock resistant watches for women. And it features a collaboration model with the iconic character! Based on the concept of tough and cool, the BA-120KT gets a face lift with everyone’s favourite kitty – fulfilling our childhood dreams.
The collaboration model features styling inspired by the graffiti art that first rose to popularity in the 1970s, back when Hello Kitty was first created. The dial and band are patterned with Baby-G and Hello Kitty graffiti tags with the character’s distinctive ribbon printed on the dial.
The hour and minute hands feature red highlights that are the same color as the ribbon, further enhancing the Hello Kitty theme. To commemorate the Baby-G x Hello Kitty model, the back is also engraved with an originally designed Hello Kitty image with a clock “face.”
The packaging is made exclusive with a special card featuring the originally designed Hello Kitty image, because one can never have too much Hello Kitty.
