So, the rumours are in fact true. Forget movies and trashy celebrity news – this is definitely the most anticipated sequel of the decade. And we hear that it has been officially released, just in time for Christmas!
Just last month, we did a review on the most sought after eye makeup palette in the world and to be honest, we haven’t even had time catch our breath yet let alone play with all the colours.
And what do you know? Urban Decay aces it once again with the “Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette”.
The palette stays true to its predecessor, offering swatches of neutral eyeshadow colours. “Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette” has 12 rich and creamy shades including five new colours, ranging from pale to deep, and matte to sparkly. So if you’re looking to experimenting with or achieving new looks then this is would be the perfect add-on to the previous “Naked” palette.
Instead of a standard brush, the “Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette” now comes with a double-ended cruelty-free “Good Karma Shadow/Crease Brush” that is only available in this palette. On top of that, it also comes with a travel-size “Lip Junkie” lip gloss.
Did we also mention that we absolutely love the new packaging? It almost looks like a pencil box (albeit with a large mirror inside). Pretty apt for “makeup stationery”, if you ask us.
The “Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette” (priced at USD50 or RM155 each) created such a hype that it was sold out within the first two days of its launch on Urban Decay. We hear that actually had 5,000 units of those on the day of launch.
What? Five. Thousand. Units. Gone just like that?
We can’t wait to get our hands on it, to say the least. Here’s to hoping that our Sephora Malaysia carts in truckloads of it soon!
