High heels are extremely sexy, but we all know that beauty comes with a cost. With heels, we pay for the added height and sultriness through pain.. Well, what’s a girl to do?

Here’s a little trick that really works: From your big toe, count to your third and fourth toes and wrap those two together with tape. By doing this, you’re minimising the strain on a nerve between them and it kind of alters your balance to give you an extra mile.

While it may not be a magical cure, this trick slightly numbs the pain so you could walk in those stilettos a little longer than you would be able to without. 😉
