Sony recently unveiled a powerful addition to its renown EXTRA BASS™ audio lineup, delivering a greater intensity of deep bass notes with just the one box high power audio system – XB7. Offering bombastic bass from two large 16cm subwoofers, the XB7 creates a premium EDM experience at home, or at any given location.
The XB7 utilises DSP (digital signal processing)) technology which processes frequencies according to the source while keeping the audio quality excellent. The Multi Layout feature enables the box to be positioned in either orientation, and through Speaker Add, a second XB7 unit can effortlessly be hooked up via Bluetooth® to double your music power.
To enhance your audio experience, the XB7 gives off colour changing 3-way line lights, strobe flashes and speaker light effects that interact with the music. The XB7 is also equipped with One-touch listening via Bluetooth® and an audio input to connect MP3 players, while being able to connect with Sony’s SongPal app on mobile.
Meanwhile, the XB2 and XB3 wireless speakers come with a dedicated EXTRA BASS button to pump up the bass, even for its small, portable size. Amongst the highlights of the speakers include 24 hour battery life for the XB3 and 12 hours on the XB2, wireless Bluetooth® connection, the option to utilise two speakers simultaneously and water resistance.
Completing the EXTRA BASS™ lineup is the MDR-XB650BT Bluetooth® compatible headphones that come with a 30mm driver, bass booster structure, and dedicated EXTRA BASS diaphragm. It enables 30 hours of continuous music playback rechargeable via USB, and offers premium audio quality with rich bass.
