Hollywood has been waiting so long to remake The Crow, and it looks like they have finally found their perfect male lead. Who better to play a dark hero than Jason Momoa, the warlord of the Dothraki in Game of Thrones?
The Crow remake is to be directed by Corin Hardy, and will be released by Relativity Media. Jason Momoa posted a photo of himself and with Hardy on Instagram earlier this week, saying they ‘sealed the deal’ with a pint Guinness. Now it is clear that the deal was Jason Momoa’s casting in the movie.
The Crow tells the story of Eric Draven, a rock musician who is revived from the dead to avenge his own death and the murder of his fiancée. The film earlier featured Brandon Lee, who was fatally shot by accident during filming. The film is therefore dedicated to Brandon Lee and his fiancée, Eliza.
We’re excited to see Momoa killing it in this crime-thriller!
