Ugh.. Sometimes, authorities in Malaysia really cannot be relied on.
A female student who had just withdrawn RM10,000 to pay her tuition fee, had apparently had her money stolen by a police officer who stopped her vehicle on the way home from the bank.
The inspector accused her of possessing drugs and insisted to search her car. She insisted she didn’t have any drugs on her and allowed the police offer to search for illegal substance.
There were no drugs found, but the police officer stole her RM10,000. She asked him to return the money, but he insisted that he didn’t take anything and asked her to make a police report.
She wasn’t able to do much, so she left and went to make a police report instead.
But, when she went to state her claim at the Sri Gombak police station, the officers refused to take her case and told her they weren’t able to do anything unless she had evidence of the claim.
The poor girl had no choice but to turn to social media as a cry for help. We honestly feel so bad for her..
