Kesha’s lawyer has confirmed that the pop singer has dropped her allegations against Dr. Luke in Los Angeles, but she will continue her battle in New York. She will focus all her legal efforts in New York, including the one that prevented her from leaving Dr. Luke’s Kemosabe records.
The reason for this quite an apparent one, her music. Kesha’s lawyer also revealed that she has submitted 28 new songs to Luke’s label and has a “strong desire to release her next album and single as soon as possible”.
Dr. Luke has denied all of Kesha’s allegations since 2005, and claims that she made up the story to get out of her recording contract. He has worked with musicians like Katy Perry, One Direction and Maroon 5 in the past, with no charges pressed against him.
