Our all-time favourite archaeologist-cum-historian, Indiana Jones is back to hit the big screens again. The news was confirmed by both LucasFilm and Disney, and due for release in July 2019. What a long wait!
The trailer isn’t out yet, but Steven Spielberg has revealed a couple of juicy details about the movie. First of all, he promises that Indiana Jones, played by Harrison Ford will not be killed off in the movie.
The 69-year old director also confirmed that George Lucas is definitely onboard, as an executive director. “George is gonna to be an executive producer on it with me. … I would never make an Indiana Jones film without George Lucas. That’d be insane.”he said.
Apart form Steven Spielberg, the music maestro John Williams will also return to the franchise to score the film. Williams, who has won numerous Academy Awards and Grammys for his works, scored all the four Indiana Jones films. He is also well-known for scoring Star Wars, Harry Potter and Superman.
Looks like the movie is in good hands, and we can’t wait for the trailer!
