Starting today (18th May), AirAsia has announced that counter check-ins are no longer available at KLIA2. All guests are required to self check-in through the website, mobile, or kiosk check-in at the airport.
However, counters will still be open for baggage drop, only for guests who have check-in baggage. This move is to ensure a smoother and seamless travel experience for all guests.
For AirAsia flights, guests can do web and mobile check-ins as early as 14 days or one hour before departure. Guests flying AirAsia X can also web or mobile check-in from 14 days or up to two hours before time of departure.
