Based on the book written by Jojo Moyes, Me Before You the movie with the same name by Warner Bros. Pictures tells the story of Will (Sam Claflin) a high-profile and successful man who after an accident is bound to the confines of a wheelchair. This turns him into a dark and brooding character who has decided that life is pretty not much worth living. That is until he meets Lou (Emilia Clarke), who has been hired as his new caretaker. While they didn’t really get on in the beginning, Will starts to see the world through Lou’s eyes, thanks to her perseverance and before you know it, they start to develop feelings for each other.
