Beginning April 1, the IOI Puchong Jaya, Pusat Bandar Puchong, Taman Perindustrian Puchong and Bandar Puteri LRT stations will be opened to the public.
Instead of being called the Ampang Line LRT extension, this project is now promoted as the Sri Petaling Line. As of now, eight of the 11 stations under the project have successfully been opened. Four others (Awan Besar, Kampung Muhibbah, Alam Sutera and Bandar Kinrara 5 (BK5) were opened in October last year.
There are a total of almost 1,000 car park spaces at three of the four stations except Bandar Puteri, which will only have drop-off facilities due to the lack of space. There are also motorcycle bays and bicycle parking spaces at each station.
