Would you fly in a plane that’s built based on customer feedback through the Internet?
Airbus recently unveiled a new cabin design, called Airspace, and all the changes made is the result of all the tweeting, sharing and Snapchatting that got through to the people at Airbus. The accumulated feedback has translated into this and it looks amazing!
Set to launch in 2017, the A330neo aircraft offers more space and more legroom with wider seats and no under-seat control boxes for the in-flight entertainment system. The layout of the cabin is also built in such a way to enable customisation, so every airline can alter the structure of the cabins.
The aircraft also offers improved broadband connectivity, and besides using WiFi, passengers will even be able to make calls or send text messages while up in the air. There’s also more room for overhead luggage, as well as mood lighting and environmental settings to help passengers feel more comfortable throughout the flight.
Let us know your thoughts on this! 😀
