If you’re familiar with the viral “Damn Daniel” video, you’d probably be aware that he was gifted a lifetime supply of Vans shoes after being a guest on The Ellen Degeneres Show. He could’ve kept all those shoes for himself. Instead, he donated them together with his friend.
Together, the two – Daniel Lara and Josh Holz – visited Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital and gave away 100 pairs of shoes to patients, alongside goodie bags that included hats, stickers and socks from Vans itself.
A 13-year-old patient said with glee that meeting Daniel was “the best day of my life.” Many patients were left smiling from Daniel’s generous gesture.
Way to go, Daniel and Josh!
